  Absolute pleasure dealing with the crew at North East Isuzu.
  Purchased from Jake who was very helpful with the sale.
  Had the ramps designed by there engineer Tim O, then fabricated and installed onsite, and they all done an absolutely fantastic job.
  But most of all, the exceptional personal service I've recieved from Craig M in there front counter service department. He has made my experience with Isuzu absolutely amazing. Can not believe how he has helped out and does everything in his power to make sure I'm looked after. Absolutely astonished at his help and phenomenal knowledge of these trucks.

  Great experience with Isuzu Trucks Burton, Leo (Service Manager) over saw our AMT transmission repair. He went over an above explaining what went wrong and gave us driver training on how to drive a AMT. He also let us drive a new AMT with a torque convertor which is the latest truck, so we could see the difference. As a small business operator our experience has been fantastic, back on the road quickly. Leo knows his product and he is great to deal with.

  Update.
  After posting my original review I was contacted by a lovely lady from customer care, she made sure the remaining balance was paid into my account that day, organised some seat covers to go over the rear seat and sent me a merchandise pack as a gesture to say my business was important to North East Isuzu. Although my first experience wasn’t the greatest Deb turned that around, she went above and beyond to try and rectify the things I wasn’t 100% happy with. Deb is a real credit to North East Isuzu and all company’s need someone like her that really does care. To anyone else that isn’t completely happy with anything I’d recommend calling up and asking for Deb from customer care.

  The guys here are really great...
  We had a bit of an issue and they worked with us to solve it and we are very pleased to say that they did a great job and problem is now solved...
  Will definitely continue to use these guys in future for allour trucks
